How It All Started

Hi, I’m Ken! I founded Mindset to Momentum because I saw too many driven individuals set powerful goals, only to lose steam in the execution. I knew from my own journey that real transformation doesn’t come from inspiration alone, it comes from consistent action. This platform was created to bridge the gap between intention and achievement, helping people shift their mindset, build lasting momentum, and follow through with purpose.
For years, I followed the traditional script of success, climbing the ladder, collecting titles, and leading high-impact projects across banking, oil & gas, retail, SaaS, and tech. I led complex transformations, delivered measurable outcomes, and checked every box that was supposed to define achievement. I was executing at a high level and hitting my goals, but something still felt incomplete.
It wasn’t until I paused to reflect that I realized my own growth and execution habits were the very things helping me move forward in life and career, while others around me, just as talented and driven, were stuck. I began to notice a pattern of how many talented, driven people around me were setting ambitious goals and big dreams, struggling to follow through. They had vision, but not momentum. That’s when it clicked.
What set my progress apart was consistent execution. I realized I wasn’t just reaching my goals, I was practicing something repeatable. And I knew I could help others do the same.
That realization sparked a new mission. I wanted to take what I had learned about discipline, mindset, and the power of structured execution, and share it in a way that could truly empower others. That’s why I founded Mindset to Momentum. To help individuals bridge the gap between goal setting and goal achievement. Through coaching, strategy, and practical frameworks, I guide people to shift their mindset, build momentum, and follow through with clarity and consistency. Because success isn’t just about setting the right goals—it’s about executing them with intention.
A Wake-Up Call
When I was offered yet another opportunity, I didn’t feel excited—I felt dread. That moment sparked a journey of personal reflection and transformation. I realized I had been chasing a version of success that wasn’t even mine.
At the same time, I began a personal mission to improve my health. My weight loss journey wasn’t just physical—it required the same focus and discipline I had coached my Agile teams to develop. I applied everything I knew: structure, short-term execution cycles, mindset shifts, and a commitment to consistency. The result? Real, lasting change that gave me my energy—and clarity—back.
From Execution to Empowerment
As an Agile coach, I had helped teams build systems for better delivery. But what struck me was how many people inside those systems felt burned out, unmotivated, or unsure of their purpose. I knew I could help them—but not through process optimization alone.
That’s when Mindset to Momentum was born.

Mindset to Momentum isn’t about hustle for hustle’s sake. It’s about intentional, focused progress, designed around what matters most to you. I’d be honored to help guide you on that journey.
Guiding Principles
Transformation begins from within. Shift limiting beliefs, challenge self-doubt, and build a mindset aligned with purpose, confidence, and growth.
1. Mindset First, Always
Don’t wait for perfect conditions. Act with intention, learn through experience, and use momentum, not motivation to fuel consistent action.
2. Progress Over Perfection
Accountability is empowerment. You are the driver of your success, here to equip you with the structure, support, and systems to move forward.
3. Own Your Journey
Lasting change doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through small, strategic shifts in thinking, behavior, and execution done consistently.
4. Small Shifts Create
Big Wins
When you’re clear on your “why” and your direction, action becomes focused. Cut through the noise and move with purpose.
5. Clarity Drives Execution
Growth requires flexibility. Be bold, be curious, and embrace change as a vital part of success. Momentum thrives where adaptability lives.
